Create a unique, patient-facing application for a large healthcare network that provides users with a seamless way to manage and track their healthcare journeys. The app needed to distinguish the healthcare network from local competition and integrate multiple third parties and data sources.

Created flow diagrams, paper sketches, wireframes, and clickable prototypes
